Once all the presents are wrapped, and the kids are tucked into bed, it's time for the grown-ups to celebrate the season with this boozy cocktail we like to call the 'Dirty Snowman'. Complete with decadent chocolate, cognac, and the rich flavor of our Castillo's Coconut Porter, this is not a treat you'll want to miss.
Ingredients
Chocolate chips and Gingerbread cookie crumbs (for garnish)
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Coconut milk (just a splash)
1 teaspoon chocolate chips
1 teaspoon crumbled gingerbread cookie
1 1/4 ounces cognac (can also use your favorite brandy)
1 to 3 ounces of Castillo's Coconut Porter
Instructions
In a pint glass or shaker, muddle one teaspoon of the chocolate chips and the simple syrup.
Add the cognac and a splash of coconut milk, and shake with ice.
Strain into a glass and top with beer.
Top with whipped cream, and garnish with chocolate chips & gingerbread crumbs!
