Enjoy the best of both worlds in this light/dark combination of Ponce's Pale Ale and Castillo Coconut Porter straight from beer-heaven. You might need to practice that perfect pour a couple of times, but who's counting?😉
Ingredients
6 ounces of Ponce's Pale Ale
6 ounces Castillo's Coconut Porter
Directions
Fill a pint glass about halfway with pale ale.
Float the coconut porter on top by slowly pouring it over the back of a spoon to fill the glass.
Serve & enjoy!
